What is StudioDash?
- StudioDash reads your own App Store Connect and Google Analytics accounts and shows revenue, downloads, and users for every app you ship, on one screen.
Which accounts do I need to connect?
- An App Store Connect API key from your own developer account. Google Analytics is a separate step you can skip during setup and connect later, if you want user numbers next to revenue.
Does StudioDash see my App Store Connect key or Google password?
- No. Your App Store Connect key and Google Analytics credentials are stored in the device Keychain, and every read happens on your device, straight to Apple or Google. We never receive the key itself.
Is StudioDash free?
- Reading is free for every app on your account: revenue, downloads, users, the portfolio total, and the activity feed. StudioDash Pro sells the moves App Store Connect has no button for, covered below.
What does Pro add?
- A push the moment a subscription starts, converts, cancels, or hits a billing problem. Answering Apple's refund questions. Changing a price or a plan's name across every territory at once. Extending a renewal or compensating a subscriber. All of it from your phone, without opening a browser.
How is MRR calculated across my apps?
- As what each customer is actually charged, in their own currency and at their own price tier, added up across every app you connect. A US list price never stands in for what a territory actually pays.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- StudioDash Pro is sold through the App Store, so Apple handles payment, renewal, and refunds. Cancel in Settings on your device, at least a day before the current period ends.
Do subscription alerts arrive while the app is closed?
- Yes. A push notification reaches your device the moment one of your apps records a subscription event, whether StudioDash is open or not. You can turn alerts off at any time.
Is StudioDash affiliated with Apple or Google?
- No. StudioDash is an independent app made by Gulden Studio. It reads data through Apple's and Google's own APIs, using the credentials you provide.
